Our company specializes in Magnolias.

In each season we offer you a very large number of different Magnolia-varieties and -species

for your garden. Many of them are rarities and mostly available in small numbers only.

You can order and reservate available plants from us all year round.

Your reservations are free.

 

We ship our plants to all countries of the European Community. 

 

The domestic shipping (inside Germany) is free of charge for all package sizes, for all international business surcharges for transportation apply - depending on the country and the size/weight of your order.

Every E-mail order will be informed about additional costs in detail by our sales department before you will buy plants. So you always have complete cost transparency before you do any final decision.

 

We usually ship our Magnolias from mid-March to mid-December.

We have a break of 2-3 weeks in the heat of midsummer.

Our plant-packing is absolutely safe and the 'running time' of international transports is short.

Our logistic-partners for Europe are: DPD (packages to 170cm length) and DB Schenker (all bulky goods sizes and pallet service)

 

If your home and delivery adress are not located inside Germany, it is not possible to order plants via the Lunaplant-Shop-system. Please send your order by E-mail only, using either our contact form  or use this e-Mail adress:  info@lunaplant.de

After you have confirmed our final offer - inluding the shipping surcharges- you will receive our invoice by E-mail.

 

Then you can transfer the invoice amount via SEPA (bank transfer only, no other payment options).

(Paypal is not possible for EU-countries)

Once we credited the invoice amount, your order will be shipped usually within 2-3 working days.

There may be a delay at the beginning of each season due to strong demand.

We ask you for your understanding.

 

You are welcome to give us desired dates for your transport, e.g. because of weather conditions or other reasons.

 

For a successful communication, we provide you English for all E-Mail correspondence or for phonecalls .

We hope that this is also possible for you.
